It sounds like the harp in this video. I recorded this with Outcast. Andre 3000 and I were in the studio together and while he sang it I played the harp along with him. We did three electric harp tracks, three acoustic harp tracks, and then they flipped the tape over and I played it along with the track being played backwards. That is the track they used for the recording. By the way, they used a stunt double in the video for me! I can't swim. LOL
