This video is blocked ("video not available in your country") so unfortunately I couldn't hear the harp.
I did see this interview with Henley recently where he says Jagger is a really good harp player. It's towards the end but the rest of it is interesting too.
I thought this was interesting in the context of what was said in the Bieber thread and was going to post there before seeing this one. Does this mean that even professional musicians have low expectations of harp players? Or that Jagger really is very good? Or that he did a good job of this particular song? Or maybe Henley's talking up his new album?
Either way, as an Eagles and Henley fan I'm keen to get hold of this album and have a listen.

i would peg that harmonica playing as right between bruce springsteen and tom petty.
as gnarly says,no show boating. it does fit the song and is similar to the skill level of the other musicians.
let's put it this way;if you went to see an actual harmonica player and they sounded like that, you might be disappointed ,but if your niece or nephew played like that, you might encourage them. ---------- www.shakeylee.com
If it weren't Jagger, it would be completely unremarkable. So that must be what they wanted, Henley does what he does on purpose. If they did it live, Jagger might show off more, he certainly is a stage performer. The fact that he delivered this performance demonstrates that it's not all ego, he is a musician. I went to see Bill Barrett last night, actually got to sit in on guitar, and he didn't showboat either, and it was his show! Let the music play, don't just use it as a vehicle for your intentions. However, if I went to see Jason Ricci and all I got was something like the posted clip, I would be profoundly disappointed. Some people find Don Henley boring, but he's trying to do what you are hearing. It's not his first rodeo . . .
@Glass Harp Full: If you just search for "Bramble rose" on YT, you can hear the tune. Don´t know why this message about "blocked" comes up ever so often, but there´s a way around it.
