If you're talking about Charlie Musselwhites version on Juke joint chapel, I doubt it.
Although the piece is mostly repetition of a basic boogie riff, just about every phrase is a variation. There's not a lot of straight repetition.
Your best bet will be to try and pick out some of the basic riffs by ear and listen to what he's doing. Try a d harp. Come up with your own variations according to your skill level. The process of listening and copying would serve you much better than a transcript in my opinion.
To get you started, the opening phrase is something like:
draw 2' 222222 3' blow (15)
draw 2' 222222 1'1212'1 blow (15)
draw 2' 222222 3' blow (15)
draw 2'2224'44'32
