Hi
I'm still working on my hobby-on-hobby about harmonica floor rig amplification and I'm working on 2 stage tube preamp.
I'm looking for tubes combinations in 2 stages harmonica preamp, some examples are:
Marble amps AT AU (second stage, or AY like Mascot)
Honeyboy amps AU AY
Lonewolf amps Ax AY
Harpgear amps Ax AxWC
other options? As side consideration, I'm amazed about harpgear combination, using ax axwc really gainy!!!
Thanks, bye!

I’m not quite sure what you’re interested in, Dox.
All of my single ended amps have only one preamp tube.
If you count the phase inverter as a preamp tube, then some of my push pull amps have 2
sonny jr has 12 AT7 preamp and 12 AU7 PI. I believe this is the configuration with which they shipped.
bell & Howell filmosound has 6J7 pre and 6SL7 PI
Ampeg Jet 12-B has 2 6SL7, again 1 serves as PI. It’s quite gainy
