After losing gigs with the endless virus shutdowns. For 12 weeks we would record several songs each sunday. Dress nice for the camera etc. Altogether we recorded about 40+ songs.

The other day we got to thinking about the places we used to play, mostly assisted living facilities Not only were the people not allowed any visitors they were stuck watching endless depressing news on TV or the daily dose of murder and mayhem that passes for entertainment.

So we put our recordings on a you tube playlist called our local senior care place and asked them if they wanted us to send them over to them.

They were delighted, said it felt like everybody had forgotten about them.

So if you find that you like playing yet have no outlet for your songs you might find your local place might be more than willing to hear your tunes.

Its kind of a win win situation. You get to do it as your own music project and everybody gets a break from sitting around looking at 4 walls wondering who is next for the virus to take.

I realize that folks are from various countries here but chance are it is much the same no matter where you might live.
Good luck
Happy playing

Thanks guys.
I am liking the playlists also because we can update them or change them around or add new songs much like we could if there in person.
